Bennett Andelman

A 25 year marketing communications and people experience veteran, Andelman has spent his career as both a brand agency owner and operator, as well as a Chief Marketing Officer and Chief People Officer for leading brands in the home services, healthcare, real-estate, food, fragrance, and finance arenas. Most recently, after 14 years on the client side, Bennett has built a Fractional Executive consultancy focused on helping organizations build their brands from the inside out. He leans into successful experiences in culture creation and growth acceleration to re-market the workplace, which in turn drives exponential revenue growth.
During his career, Andelman had the pleasure of spearheading marketing and people experiences for multi-billion dollar industry leaders including Power Home Remodeling, Sabra Hummus, L’Oreal Paris, Stetson Cologne, Univest National Bank, and Eli Lilly & Company.
A native of New York, Bennett holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Theatre Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a soon to be published author of the book The Lost Audience. He is also a proud husband and father to three children.
